Alcohol use leads to 88,000 deaths per year according the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. These number don't factor in the millions of lives that are indirectly affected and destroyed by its use.

More amazing is how are far our society has fallen when it creates baby bottles, hopefully for baby formula, for infants at the earliest of ages. The maker, PerpetualKid.com, claims that this is just a way to draw attention to your baby.

The 10 ounce "Lil' Lager Baby Bottle" is being sold for only $11.99, while supplies last. But what is the actual cost if your child grows up and becomes an alcoholic? What is the cost if one day the police knock on your door at 2:00 a.m. asking you to come and identify the mangled remains of your baby strewn across the highway for driving drunk?

It's not all that funny when you think about the lives that have been destroyed by the curse of alcohol.
