"The World Loves You," Mexico chants as it Welcomes the Pope

President Enrique Peña Nieto and top leaders of the Mexican government welcomed Pope Francis to the National Palace with full honors and pomp on display. Hundreds of thousands flocked the streets hoping to get a glimpse of the pontiff.

Mexico greeted Pope Francis with crowds lining the streets while the people chanted: "Francis, friend, the whole world loves you." The Pope's visit is aimed at reinvigorating the Church in a country that has seen membership decline.
