DWI Judge arrested for driving drunk to the courthouse

A judge has been charged with a DWI after she was pulled over on her way to court. Letitia Astacio was heading to Rochester City Court in upstate New York on Friday when she was ticketed.

The 34 year old, who was elected into her position in 2014, was travelling on Interstate 490 at 8am when she was collared. She joined the Monroe County District's Office in 2007, and moved to the drunken driving bureau in 2009.
